1999 Chevy Silverado Z71 Pickup

Pictures above are of our Silverado. We had a ton of problems with our '97 F150. We looked at nearly every truck on the market (all manufacturers too) to see what we should replace it with. With all the power, speed, and the great LS package, we ended up with the Silverado (at a great price, being a demo with 3K miles on it). This truck has also had its problems, the worst of which is common to all the Silverados - transmission and drivetrain noise (clunk, clunk). Overall though, these are great trucks.

This was a burgundy 4x4, shortbed, regular cab, with the Z71 package, push-button 4 wheel drive, towing package, LS package, power seats, tinted rear window with defroster, 6 speaker CD stereo, dimming rear view mirror with compass, upgraded 16" alloy rims, 245 series OWL tires, and keyless remote entry. With the 5.3L engine (270hp, 325ft-lbs torque), it really moved!
